Mortenson's dual celebration communication campaign to their employees: 50th anniversary of their profit sharing program and record profit for the company. The campaign included an animated and musical flip book (the cover of the flip book is an animation of people dancing), other electronic and print documents (mailer, posters, e-cards, gifts, etc.).
